Questions we get asked
Where exactly will the driver meet me at Athens Airport?
Wherever you tell us: an airport, a port, a hotel, a private address or anywhere else in Greece. Just enter the pick-up point in the form, or tell us when we speak. At Athens Airport, the driver waits for you in the arrivals hall, just past customs. A name sign is available on request. If you land at an unusual hour or your flight is diverted, call or WhatsApp the number we send you the day before and we will re-position immediately.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track every inbound flight and adjust the pickup to the new landing time at no extra cost. Waiting time on airport arrivals is free for the first 60 minutes after you land.
How and when do I pay?
Cash or card with the driver at the end of the journey is the simplest option. For companies and larger groups we also take bank transfer in advance and issue a proper invoice.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pick-up. Later than that, 50% of the price is charged, or the full price if you cancel less than 2 hours before. Changes are made by arrangement, since they can change the price (for example, moving a drop-off from central Athens to Piraeus). Just message us.
Do you provide child seats?
Infant, child and booster seats are available on request. Just tell us the children's ages in advance, so we have the right seat fitted before we set off.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always. Two passengers or seven, the minivan fare is the same. That is why we ask for passenger and luggage numbers — they decide the vehicle, and the vehicle decides the price.
Do you cover destinations outside Attica?
All of mainland Greece, and the islands connected by bridge or ferry. Long-distance routes such as Meteora, Delphi and the Peloponnese are a large part of what we do.
