Questions we get asked
Where exactly will the driver meet me at Athens Airport?
In the arrivals hall, just past customs, holding a sign with your name. If you land at an unusual hour or your flight is diverted, call or WhatsApp the number we send you the day before and we will re-position immediately.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing, from your side. We track every inbound flight and adjust the pickup to the new landing time at no extra cost. Waiting time on airport arrivals is free for the first 60 minutes after you land.
How and when do I pay?
Cash or card with the driver at the end of the journey is the simplest option. For companies and larger groups we also take bank transfer in advance and issue a proper invoice.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Changes to time, address or passenger numbers are free whenever we can accommodate them — just message us.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge — infant, child and booster seats. Tell us the children's ages when you book so we fit the right one before we set off.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle, always. Two passengers or seven, the minivan fare is the same. That is why we ask for passenger and luggage numbers — they decide the vehicle, and the vehicle decides the price.
Do you cover destinations outside Attica?
All of mainland Greece, and the islands connected by bridge or ferry. Long-distance routes such as Meteora, Delphi and the Peloponnese are a large part of what we do.
Do you run tours?
Not at the moment. We are a transfer company. If you want to stop somewhere along the way, or hire the vehicle and driver for the day, we are happy to arrange that as an at-disposal booking.
